 Story :

Raja (posani) is an honest cop but then his thinking and mannerisms are quite a pain to his colleagues. He fights for justice but has an eccentric way of handling things so even his superiors see him as mental. However, the story takes a turn when Raja interferes with MLA aspirant Srinivasa Rao (kota ) as he tries to defame Sivaprasad (giribabu) who enters politics to serve the society. Raja makes Srinivas Rao apologize in front of the media for his misdoings. However, his daughter (Zubeda) and her husband (Shakeel) take advantage of the situation and kill Srinivasa Rao and term it as suicide due to humiliation. Raja loses his job due to this, gets beaten by the goons and his pregnant wife Sirisha (Gaina) ends up with abortion. Raja decides to start a fishery business and takes the help of the same villain who has now become the MLA. A set of government officials headed by Brahmanandam (Brahmanandam) agree for this but take huge bribes for that. However, Raja agrees to pay the money for bribe and manages a fish farm. But then he hatches a plan that causes lot of problems right from the officials to the MLA. What happens after that forms the rest of the story.

Report :

The film could have been a lot better if Posani had worked on cutting down the nude scenes of Gaina and focusing more on driving his point. Though his urge to get perverted is seen, the idea behind creating awareness among the masses is appreciated. This could have been achieved in a much better fashion had he not got his eccentric thoughts in between. This is something the mass audience will relish to an extent so this might run a bit in the B and C centres.
