mother and his father is too busy with his business empire to spare
any time for his son. Siddharth seeks solace in the company of
friend and enjoys life without a care in the world.
Sandhya (Shamili) on the other hand is an exact opposite of Uday.
She is simple, god fearing, hard working, meticulous, far sighted
etc. etc. Uday falls in love with her at first sight. Sandhya ignore
him as she finds him to be exactly opposite her in all things.
Uday them begins the game to woo her. He manages to enter Sandhya’s
house as a paying guest and acts as if he is from humble origins.
Uday tries really hard to impress Sandhya and when he is just about
to succeed in his mission; Uday hears a very bad news.
The bad news is that Sandhya is suffering from cancer and it is now
in a very advanced stage. Udays uncle (Napoleon) who is a doctor
asks Uday to keep her as happy as possible and fulfill her every
wish. He tells Uday not to worry as she will respond to treatment.
Uday then takes Sadhya to Kasi as she wants to immerse the ashes of
her parents and grandmother in Ganga. The two have a rollicking time
in the one week that they spend together on the trip to Kasi.
They return home and Sadhya falls sick. She is rushed to the
hospital. Will Sandhya respond to the treatment and will she
survive? This is the suspense element and it should be watched on
the screen.
Verdict : Oy! is a decent film to
watch
